About Casey Kiley-Terzano

     I grew up in Traverse City, and I am fortunate to now raise my own family in the same beautiful area. This region is truly an amazing place to live and raise a family. Although my initial career was not real estate, I was given the opportunity to pursue this new career path after over a decade of time in social work. After stepping away from social work, I had time to assess my values, lifestyle, and passions. Everything began to point toward the real estate industry. 

     I entered this field because I was passionate about real estate investments, and the desire to guide others in their real estate portfolio, no matter how big or small. Whether you are a first time home buyer, or a seasoned investor, we all need a professional to walk us through the local market, culture, and all those other small details that make a house a home, or a rental property cash flow. 

     Personally, my goal is to help each client feel confident in their purchase, based on their individual needs. This community is one of a kind, and whatever I can do to keep that sense of community alive and thriving, I’m all in.
