About Dan Kaupas

Hello! I am Dan Kaupas, a Traverse City native with an ever growing and vast love of all that northern Michigan has to uniquely offer. Spending nearly 2 decades in the real estate industry helps me to be a great asset to you as you navigate your home sale and purchase process.

After taking a few years off from real estate to raise my 2 children and help build a medical practice for my wife, I am very eager to come back to help lead you through the paths that home sales and purchasing in this paradise we get to call home.

When not working, you can find me spending time with my amazing wife and 2 kids. Enjoying all of the northern Michigan beauty from the ground or the air. As a pilot, I enjoy taking my family on trips around the Great Lakes, or just taking a peaceful jog on the most beautiful trails the midwest has to offer.
