About David Hricik

I’m David Hricik, a consistent Top Producer in Northern Michigan with more than $60 million in sales and over 200 homes sold in the last 9 years. 

As an active member of the Traverse City Sunrise Rotary Club, I’m proud to stay connected to and involved in the community I serve.



Born and raised in Flint, Michigan, I earned my B.S. in Packaging Engineering from Michigan State University. 

Before entering real estate, I spent 16 years working in the automotive, food, and pharmaceutical industries, gaining a broad base of experience that now helps me guide clients with confidence, clarity, and attention to detail. A highlight of my previous work was as contract negotiator-- which you need in a Realtor!
