About Kelly Price

Kelly Price is not your typical Realtor and she’s perfectly okay with that.

Originally from New York, Kelly spent 20 years in Florida, retiring from police work and
eventually finding her way into real estate. That background shaped the way she does business
today: direct, protective, honest, and deeply people-focused. She knows how to read situations,
calm chaos, and tell people the truth even when it’s hard to hear.

After a decade as an event coordinator and years spent building relationships throughout
Northern Michigan, Kelly entered real estate with one goal: to be real in an industry that often
feels anything but. No fake sales pitch. No polished script. Just authentic relationships, hard
work, and showing up for people when they need someone in their corner.

Kelly is known throughout the real estate and nonprofit community for her energy, leadership,
and ability to connect with people from every walk of life. She currently serves as the Treasurer
for the Michigan State Women’s Council of Realtors and will be President Elect in 2027 and
President in 2028. She has held numerous leadership positions focused on education, safety,
mentorship, and community service.

But beyond the titles and accomplishments, Kelly is most proud of her family. She’s a
grandmother first, fiercely protective of the people she loves, and someone who believes
success means very little if you’re not present for the moments that matter. Whether she’s at a
sporting event for her grandchildren, volunteering in the community, or walking clients through
one of the biggest decisions of their lives, Kelly leads with heart.

Clients often say Kelly feels more like family than their agent. She’s emotional, outspoken, loyal
to the core, and unapologetically herself. What you see is exactly what you get — and that’s the
way she likes it.
